The Home of Traditional Fire Cupping Therapy & Oncology Massage
The fluffy tiger Signature Massage
A true reflection of my practice of East meets West style of massage therapy. A powerful yet gentle blend of Eastern & Western techniques that is deep pressure, gentle and pliable with stretches. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, invigorated, relaxed and confident like a fluffed-up tiger or tigress. This is a clothed session to allow for full range of motion. Please dress accordingly.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a type of deep tissue massage, in reverse. Instead of applying deep pressure onto your muscles and tissues, the vacuum created inside of the cup will pull up your muscles and tissues. This causes your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand. The results of cupping therapy includes reduction of pain, relaxed muscles, detoxification, useful for speeding up healing time from respiratory illnesses like the flu or common colds. Typically massage providers advises clients with a cold to stay home. Not at fluffy tiger massage. I welcome you to come in for a cupping session to facilitate a quick recovery from a cold. You will have a choice of traditional fire cupping or vacuum pump cupping.

Trigger Point Therapy
When tissues under your muscles are stressed due to overuse or trauma, adhesions known as "trigger point" form that may cause your muscles to feel "tight" and "knotted". Trigger Point Therapy is your best friend to alleviate this "knotty" issue. Instead of fluffy, you will receive sustained tiger pressure on the identified knot, you will start to experience liberation.

The benefits of a Sports Massage are not just for athletes, they are extended to anyone who are active or participating in a regular exercise program. With a blend of deep tissue and stretching techniques along with the appropriate pace depending on the type of session you need: pre, intermediate, post event or recovery. According to the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), massage acts to improve performance, reduce pain, prevent injury, encourage focus and shorten recovery time.
